1. What types of baby products does Eloridge offer? We offer a wide range of quality baby essentials, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened clothing, feeding items, or used products are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your baby products safe and gentle? Yes! We prioritize non-toxic, skin-friendly materials and products that meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (CPSIA compliant). Many items are made with organic cotton or hypoallergenic fabrics, perfect for delicate baby skin.

7. How do I care for the products?

  • Baby clothing & blankets: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry low.
  • Feeding items: Dishwasher safe (top rack) or hand wash.
  • Toys: Wipe clean with mild soap and water. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
